Hydrate and heal your skin with Flower Of The 5 Wounds. This water-activated masque features a base of gentle kaolin and French red clay, noted for its abilities to absorb impurities without stripping the skin of its natural oils, ideal for dry to sensitive skin types.

Eight kinds of certified organic floral extracts focus on restoration of the skin, whilst 2% hyaluronic acid plumps cells at cellular level. Organic Marshmallow root gives skin an intense burst of hydration, naturally high in polysaccharides, noted for their ability to accelerate skins oxygenation, essential to the overall health of our skin.

a. Directions

With clean hands mix a teaspoon of powder with a few drops of warm water, work into a paste. Massage masque onto cleansed face and neck, leave on for around 10 minutes, until almost dry. Remove with warm water and washcloth or bare hands. Follow with 2-3 drops of our Flower Of The 5 Wounds Sensitive Facial Oil, or Balm, to lock in hydration and prolong effects. Do not allow water to enter container.

c. Additional

A tip for those with extra dry skin; try applying a spritz of organic floral water (such as rose water) whilst wearing the masque. This will keep the masque active, and prevent the clay from drying. Alternatively try using the masque whilst bathing or showering.

What's in a name? Giacomo Bosio, a 17th century monastic scholar, named passionflower 'flower of the five wounds'  so-called in reference to the 5 stamens of the flower resembling the 5 wounds of Christ. We feel this name is symbiotic with the oils skin rejuvenating properties
